Object Storage and Rapid Storage: billed per whole TB per month · no egress fees.
Reseller Upgrade: $19.95/account/month covers the portal + automation. Add or remove TB allocations anytime from the dashboard.
How billing works
- Metering: Object & Rapid Storage allocations are sold per whole TB. Partial-month changes prorate automatically.
- Egress: None. Move your data whenever you like.
- Seats: Unlimited. Provision as many access keys or IAM-style users as needed.
- Support: Email support is included for every customer. Rapid Storage and Reseller Upgrade accounts get priority routing.
What you should know
- Feature set: We offer the core S3 API surface (buckets, objects, multipart, presigns, bucket policies).
- Rapid tier: SSD-backed nodes with more throughput + lower latency for active workloads.
- Advanced AWS features: Object Lambda, Inventory, Batch Operations, Access Points, and event triggers are not available.
- Regions: Service operates from our US facility; confirm your assigned region string in the welcome email.
- Monitoring: Dashboards include utilization and alerting so you can avoid surprises.

Can I start below 1 TB?
Allocations begin at 1 TB. You can store less data, but the minimum charge is $5.95/TB for Object Storage or $19.95/TB for Rapid Storage.
How do I scale up?
Request another terabyte via the dashboard or support. We apply the change immediately and bill the delta on your next invoice (prorated if mid-cycle).
Are there API limits?
We don’t throttle normal workloads. Burst guidance is shared in your onboarding packet; let us know if you expect sustained spikes.
Do you charge for seats?
No. Create as many sub-accounts and access keys as you need. It’s included in the flat per-terabyte rate.
